Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts
Assess and monitor credit risk across consumer portfolios
Develop forecasting and projection models (e.g., delinquency, charge-offs, profit and loss)
Design, develop, code, and test logic for automated pricing strategies
Build, monitor, and maintain complex consumer credit statistical models (e.g., origination scorecards)
Identify business problems and deliver data-driven insights to improve decision-making
Prepare and present clear, concise summary analyses to senior and executive management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant experience, including people management, in a related field
3+ years of modeling experience within credit or consumer lending
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and Python
Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
