BLAZE® is hiring a Warehouse Manager to perform a variety of administrative, reporting, clerical, warehouse, and fleet tasks. The role requires a self-motivated individual to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage daily warehouse operations efficiently

Ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely material preparation for installation and service teams

Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment

Experience handling purchasing processes and managing scrap in compliance with company standards

Strong communication skills to collaborate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments

Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues quickly, and keep operations running smoothly

Knowledge of company policies and ability to enforce compliance across warehouse activities

Required

Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift in excess of 50lbs if needed

Able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, jeg-lift, and other warehouse equipment

Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to details skills and ability to take initiative

Able to consistently meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen

Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods

Physical dexterity

Preferred

OSHA 10 preferred, but can be trained

EPA Universal Certification Preferred

Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical is a plus

Knowledge of DMV policy and procedures is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel
