Responsibilities

Research, outline, and write a full-length manuscript (approximately 55,000–75,000 words) on an approved topic from a biblical perspective

Faithfully integrate theology, Scripture, encouragement, and practical application

Incorporate stories, examples, and applications that resonate with the intended audience

Collaborate closely with the editorial team through multiple rounds of review and revision

Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments

Required

Demonstrated ability to engage thoughtfully with a specific topic from a biblical perspective

Capacity to write compassionately, with sensitivity to the emotional, spiritual, and lived experiences of readers

Ability to make deep theological truths accessible to a broad audience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with the writing and editorial revision process

Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines

Comfortable receiving and implementing constructive editorial feedback

Ability to collaborate effectively with editors and internal teams
