12 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD)

8+ years in progressively responsible roles focused on HR , Compliance, audit, or risk management, in a financial services environment

Last 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Compliance role

Experience in driving results in a public multinational corporation
