Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all HR modules, ensuring system integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform
Ensure system configuration is compliant with all current regulatory, business, and security needs
Partner with business and technology leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to upgrade and enhance the associate UX. Build and execute a plan for solutioning (end-to-end business process mapping and technology architecture)
Manage the technical direction of projects, mentor team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery

Required

A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
7+ years' experience with UKG Pro configuration (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, GL, WFM, Reporting)
3+ years' experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integrations (EAI) using technologies (ie, Boomi, UKG connectors)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; including oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver effective presentations to the target audience
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
Ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels of the organization
Consistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, Data security/privacy protocols, and ethical responsibilities
Must be available and willing to work outside of standard business hours, as needed
