Client Experience Partner
American Fidelity is seeking a Client Experience Partner who will serve as the primary point of contact and support resource for assigned employer groups. This role focuses on ensuring seamless administration of core and voluntary benefit programs while delivering exceptional customer service and managing benefit inquiries.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and support resource for assigned employer groups
Ensure seamless administration of core and voluntary benefit programs
Deliver exceptional customer service
Manage benefit inquiries
Support day-to-day administration including enrollment, billing, payroll coordination, life event processing, and issue resolution
Work closely with internal partners, carriers, and employer contacts to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant benefit operations
Qualification
Required
Must currently reside in the Atlanta metro area
Life and Health Insurance license
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, insurance services, HR, or customer service role involving complex processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with benefits administration software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
