Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by effectively leveraging established inbound motion and proactively creating new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, engage key decision-makers through thoughtful prospecting, self-source and schedule demos, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Trainual to drive consistent MRR growth
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline, prioritizing prospects, and advancing deals through the various stages of the sales process
Collaborate effectively with teammates primarily within revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions, aligning with overall company objectives

Required

Ability to adopt a consultative approach and listen to prospects to understand their requirements
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proven ability to identify and address objections or concerns raised by prospects
Experience with CRM management (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Data-driven and organized when using a CRM
Ability to effectively manage a deal through appropriate stages
Experience in revenue generation and acceleration
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Experience in teamwork and collaboration with various departments

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to pivot, test, and iterate on outreach strategies
Experience in self-sourcing and scheduling demos
Experience in building relationships based on trust
