Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between product, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive seasonal strategies
Drive alignment of vendor and category initiatives with North American business objectives
Lead and participate in Seasonal Kickoff meetings, quarterly line reviews, and marketing briefs
Co-author and maintain seasonal marketing plans across social, digital, and visual merchandising channels
Identify and prioritize marketing tiers quarterly to optimize consumer engagement
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and checkpoints for marketing and merchandising initiatives
Manage special projects and bi-annual trend analysis to inform future strategies
Support lifecycle management and vendor preview meetings to ensure long-term product success
Develop and present key sell-in materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, creators, and influencers within sneaker and streetwear culture

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer insights and market trends
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Deep understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture, with established credibility and connections in the community
