Strategic Resource Engagement Manager

The Strategic Resource Engagement Manager will support the West Region by managing consultants, developing strategies for growth, and providing leadership and mentorship to engineers during their assignments.

Responsibilities
Manage consultants who have been placed onsite with customers
Provide leadership and mentorship to consultants as needed while on assigned engagements
Collaborate with RM to onboarding new consultants
In collaboration with sales, lead the following discussions through regular meetings with stakeholders and other internal team members

Consultant utilization
Change order & PO updates
Invoicing updates
Function as the escalation path for any issues for both consultants and stakeholders
Provide the regular reporting to external and internal clients on the following
Project Summary (should include list of resources by project, start and end date)
Consultant utilization (should include burn % and costs/resource)
Open roles (list of net new roles and any backfills required)
Change Orders/POs
Provide detailed invoicing report to customer (monthly or when requested by stakeholder or internal client)
Have a clear understanding of the client’s environment, upcoming projects & initiatives & the ability to speak to certain specifics during discussions
Encourage consultants to utilize SR tools
Consistently reinforce WWT and our Core Values
Effectively communicate changes and updates to both internal and external clients through emails and regular meetings
Build relationships with entire sales cycle - CSE/CSE Managers, AM's, Hiring Managers, & SPA etc
Track issues and risks- as needed
Participate in the interviewing and intake calls with RM and client
Building strong stakeholder relationships to maintain current business and acquire net new
Advocate for consultants and customer, when required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment
Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management
Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry
Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients
Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity
Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
2+ years of sales experience
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
