Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in climate, sustainability, water, and/or nature to advance client conversations and develop detailed and complex technical proposals
Lead proposal teams to create and submit winning bids aligned with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including executive level relationships, critical to driving long-term business growth
Prospect and qualify prospects for interest in Fresh Coast services
Initiate projects with clients and successfully handoff won work to the delivery team
Other related business development tasks

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
6+ years of related consulting experience leading and delivering Climate & Carbon, Sustainability, or Water & Nature services
Communication and Consultative Communication skills
A spirit of collaboration and teamwork
