Responsibilities
Provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making
Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets
Consolidate data from multiple systems and provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making
Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record
Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed
Qualification
Required
BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business
An active PMP certification
Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience
Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience
This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience
Experience with Shore Asset Management (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Experience supporting DHS/USCG or any federal agency
Data storytelling and visualization
Analytical curiosity and attention to detail
Effective technical communication as a team leader in data-focused projects
Integrity in data governance
Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
Innovation in analytical tools and platforms
