Responsibilities
Provide Primary Support for Treasury Management System (Quantum), Payment Factory (Trax), and Bank Account Management (eBAM) Tools
Lead Process improvement initiatives that span across shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, or financial systems optimization
Leverage available and emerging technologies to improve and automate processes including interface with various financial systems (Quantum, SAP, Bank portals, Nakisa, SmartView)
Develop and support ad hoc and executive reports that generate actionable insights for Treasury, and drive cross-divisional accountability
Build complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internally and externally
Leverage emerging technologies and identify efficient and meaningful ways to disseminate data and analysis to satisfy the Treasury needs
Participate and help manage large and complex system upgrades spanning across multiple business units
Practices safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
Experience with Treasury Management Systems is a must. Working knowledge of Quantum is a plus
Experience with a corporate payment factory is required. Working knowledge of FIS Payment Hub is a plus
Proficiency in working with relational databases and query authoring (SQL) is required
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skills
Must be able to interact and collaborate at all levels within Treasury, Delta IT, and other Delta Divisions
Additionally, candidate must be a self-learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible results
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Finance is preferred
