Review and process accounts receivable, as assigned, on a timely basis
Ensure accurate and timely posting of all payments for various insurances
Communicate with patients via phone regarding their accounts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 2 years of experience posting insurance payments and/or accounts receivable in a health care setting
Must have the ability to multitask
Computer knowledge is a must
Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing
Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with Centricity/GPMS is a plus
Knowledge of payer websites is a plus
