Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)
Trainual is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team. The role involves researching and reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives to drive sales.

Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting with purpose. You won’t just hit send and hope. You’ll research companies, personalize outreach, and open conversations that actually lead somewhere - primarily with businesses in our ICP+ (100+ FTE teams scaling fast). Email, phone, LinkedIn, it’s all in play. Your mission? Get Trainual in front of the right people, at the right time, with the right message
Strategic partnership with AEs. You’ll team up with Account Executives to turn prospects into pipeline. Think: account planning, feedback loops, targeting strategies, and smooth-as-butter handoffs. The end goal? Book meetings that close — and build a repeatable motion that scales
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of SaaS SDR/BDR experience targeting SMB or mid-market teams
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and working a CRM like a pro
Ability to ask layered questions and connect dots to understand customer problems
Experience in building and testing personalized sequences for outbound prospecting
Strong business acumen and prospect judgment
Preferred
Willingness to work in the office 1-2 days a week
