Conducting enhanced molecular dynamics simulations to probe membrane protein structures, conformational dynamics, and activation pathways
Designing, developing, and applying innovative computational methods that advance the lab’s research goals and guide experimental strategies
Performing rigorous analysis and interpretation of complex simulation and experimental datasets to extract mechanistic insights into membrane protein signaling and activation
Generating high-quality preliminary data in support of grant applications and contributing to the preparation of manuscripts for submission to high-impact peer-reviewed journals
Collaborating closely with lab members, mentoring graduate trainees, and fostering an inclusive and supportive research environment that encourages intellectual development and teamwork
Qualification
Required
PhD in Chemistry, Biophysics, Computational Biology, machine learning, or related discipline
