Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive and inclusive sales experience
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process based on their needs, preferences, and budget
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, financing options, and promotions
Accurately complete all sales paperwork, documentation, and processes in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards
Stay up to date on product knowledge, dealership training, and manufacturer programs
Proactively generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities through phone, email, and in-person communication
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with diverse clientele
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, inventory tools, etc.)
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred
1-3 years of automotive sales is preferred
