Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or identify potential issues

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols

Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as necessary to address incidents or emergencies

Support access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors as required by site policies

Remain visible and approachable to assist tenants, visitors, and/or employees with inquiries or concerns

Required

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Preferred

Access control or badge experience is preferred

Customer service experience is preferred

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
