Responsibilities
Implement research papers and build prototypes
Design and implement computer vision algorithms, systems, applications and products, such as face recognition, face attribute recognition, object detection, image recognition/segmentation/understanding, object tracking, video understanding, action recognition, and pose estimation
Study and innovate in computer vision/machine learning and its application in cloud environment
Work with collaborating teams and provide technical assistance
Qualification
Required
BS, MS or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related fields
Good understanding of common computer vision and machine learning algorithms as well as popular platform
Skills with C/C++ or other programming language, as well as Python or other similar scripting language
Familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning frameworks, such as Caffe, Tensorflow, Karas and MXNet
1+ year experience in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning
1+ year experience in front-end visualization/HCI and/or back -end database practice
Preferred
PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistic or related fields
Experience participating on a team building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience in major company working with computer vision, machine learning and its application
Experience with building backend services with Django, Flask, etc
Experience with cloud and mobile computing
Experience in Open Source Big Data Ecosystem is a plus
Experience with industrial practice of linear algebra, deep learning, statistics is a plus
