Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced In-House Litigation Paralegal/Specialist for a remote engagement supporting the legal department of a leading national healthcare provider. The role involves managing litigation workflows, coordinating filings and discovery, and improving internal processes in collaboration with in-house and outside counsel.

Required

5+ years of experience supporting litigation matters (law firm - ok/in-house - preferred)

Proven ability to manage case files, calendars, and filings across jurisdictions

Strong experience assisting with discovery, document production, and subpoena responses

Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

Proficiency with document management systems, e-filing platforms, and Microsoft O365/Teams/SharePoint

Self-directed and able to work effectively in a fully remote (WFH) environment

Outstanding professional references

Preferred

Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare or other highly regulated, multi-site organizations, including comfort handling HIPAA/PHI materials

Additional preference for candidates with experience in legal operations, process improvement, or matter management tool implementation
