The Lead CentralReach Audit Associate is responsible for ensuring billing accuracy and compliance, reviewing medical records, and supporting the development of new programs to enhance access to autism care.

Responsibilities

Review and audit claims for accuracy; correct missing or incorrect data
Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
Assist clinical teams with procedure and diagnosis coding guidance
Update service codes based on diagnosis outcomes and payer requirements
Input and manage self-pay fees and apply them to appropriate service codes
Schedule services for diagnosing psychologists and providers
Support and train CR Audit Associates
Identify audit trends and escalate findings to leadership
Assist with reporting and documentation related to audit outcomes
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company standards
Follow established escalation and offboarding procedures in CentralReach
Perform additional clerical or support duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with CentralReach ABA software (1 year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working in a high-growth, results-oriented organization

Preferred

Experience with behavioral health or autism diagnosis billing preferred
