Responsibilities
Resolve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment
Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready
Master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
Ensure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with low-code / no-code software design and development
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
Experience with ServiceNow ITBM development and integration, including Application Portfolio Management
Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
Security+ CE Certification
Preferred
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with requirements management and JIRA or similar RTM platforms
Experience with creating quick proof-of-concepts for the customer
Experience with coordinating between cross-functional teams
Experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with other ServiceNow applications and modules such as CSM, ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD-ITIL v3 Foundations
Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification
