Responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of one or more laboratory facilities
Controls equipment and supplies inventory
Prepares long and short-range plans for the use of facilities
Plans and develops program objectives and content
Oversees the preparation of laboratory lectures
Manages environmental health and safety programs

Qualification

Ph.D. in related fieldHuman performance testingLab safety proceduresBio-assay/wet lab experimentsLab equipment maintenanceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Master's degree
3 years of experience, combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience
Laboratory instrumentation expertise

Preferred

Ph.D. in Kinesiology, Biokinesiology, Exercise Physiology or related field
Experience with testing human performance and conducting bio-assay/wet lab experiments involving biological samples
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to effectively lead lab safety procedures and compliance
Experience with proper use and maintenance of lab equipment
