Compensation Reporting Senior Analyst
United Veterinary Care is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed veterinary hospital group in the United States. They are seeking a Compensation Reporting Senior Analyst to assist the People Team and Accounting Team in ensuring accurate compensation, including base and incentive pay, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance understanding of total compensation.

Responsibilities
Perform calculations and respond to queries associated with DVM ProSal compensation
Conduct calculations related to DVM productivity and any related incentive compensation amounts
Key business partner to Hospitals, DVMs and the Operations team in understanding total compensation by hospital. This includes preparing presentations and participating in conversations with DVMs and the operations team to help them understand elements of their employee agreements (with respect to ProSal)
Collaborate and problem solve as needed with the finance and accounting team related to all compensation P&L and BS accounts
Conduct onboarding for new HM/MD/RVP/RDO in ProSal process and use of ProSal templates
Develop and prepare reports with key statistics on total compensation and the efficiency of hospital employees
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, presentations, modeling and other documentation as needed
Communicate effectively with all levels of the business from Executives through Hospital Staff regarding compensation, including its make-up and its impact on hospital margins
Identify and develop efficiency tools and best practice processes
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
MS Office and other analytics/HRIS application skills/experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
