Program Manager, Community-Based Access and Support Program Manager III
The State of Maryland is seeking a Program Manager for the Community-Based Access and Support Office within the Behavioral Health Administration. This role involves developing, implementing, overseeing, and evaluating statewide programs aimed at improving access to behavioral health services and enhancing peer-to-peer support initiatives.

Responsibilities
Development, Oversight, and Expansion of Peer Recovery Support Services
Programmatic and Fiscal Oversight of the Maryland Commitment to Veterans (MCV) Program
Programmatic and Fiscal Management of Peer-Operated Services
Policy Development, Data Analysis, and Program Evaluation
Management of Consumer and Stakeholder Engagement
Supervision and Leadership Development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
six years of health or human services administrative or professional experience
three years at a supervisory or managerial level
A Master's degree from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the general experience
A Doctorate will substitute for two years of the general experience
Additional experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis for the college degree
Preferred
Providing supervision or professional mentorship of subordinate staff, interns, trainees, or similar
Managing a behavioral health program focused on peer services or support for veterans, service members, and their families
Working in the behavioral health field
Working within Government
