Team Builder Recruiting is seeking a Sales Manager for Slaymaker Rental & Supply, a company that rents and sells quality construction and dirt equipment. The Sales Manager will lead and coach sales teams, work closely with the General Manager, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales performance and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead & coach inside and outside sales teams to meet sales goals and service expectations
Work closely with the General Manager to align sales activity with company goals and growth plans
Stay hands-on with customers and the sales team, including occasional ride-alongs to coach and support reps
Support complex deals, large accounts, and escalated customer situations when needed
Oversee pricing, contracts, and sales processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance
Track sales performance, review results, and communicate priorities and expectations to the team
Collaborate with operations, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Required

3–5 years of sales experience required
1–2 years in a leadership role required
Background in equipment rental, construction sales, or agricultural sales required
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

College coursework or degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
Experience with Point of Rental software preferred
