Responsibilities
Manage and organize office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members and management
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports with a critical eye for detail
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed
Utilize office software and technology tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Support team members with various organizational and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain an organized workspace
Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and other relevant technologies
Strong critical eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
Additional education or certifications are a plus
