Banner Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team at One Glenn Place Apartments. In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is well-maintained and operating smoothly, performing various repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs

Complete apartment turns and make-readies

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Promptly respond to service requests using our paperless system

Maintain maintenance records and manage inventory

Perform general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with vendors as needed

Handle pool and grounds care; assist with snow removal when necessary

Operate and maintain an automated pool chemical injection system

Garage door and door operator repair/replacement
