Responsibilities
Maintain applications that support GIS and midstream business processes
Work with spatial and non-spatial data to build reliable, high-performance systems
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data integrations
Build and maintain web-based applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks
Collaborate with GIS analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and data issues
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with GIS technologies or midstream oil & gas systems and workflows
Strong experience with SQL Server
Proficiency in JavaScript for frontend or full-stack development
Strong experience in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python
Preferred
Hands-on experience with GIS platforms (e.g., Esri/ArcGIS, spatial databases, map services)
Background in the midstream energy industry
