Responsibilities
Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters
Confidently manage your caseload with minimal supervision
Draft, review, and edit legal documents
Communicate with clients, attorneys, court staff, and paralegals with clarity and respect
Nurture strong client relationships and consistently generate new business opportunities for the firm
Participate in firmwide growth through mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement
Attend networking and marketing events (some evenings/weekends)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate
Certification (or ability to obtain) to represent clients in Guardianship matters
Comfortable with technology, case management software, and working within firmwide goals/metrics
Preferred
Board Certified, on track for Board Certification, or advanced degree (LLM) preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication
Warm, approachable personality
Strong organizational skills & time management
Self-starter, consistent finisher
Team player who collaborates across roles
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Confident advocate in and out of court
Business-development minded (comfortable selling Estate Plans with sincerity)
