Responsibilities
Communicate face-to-face with customers at live events to represent client products and services
Support event-based sales and customer acquisition efforts on behalf of clients
Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing and in-person sales campaigns alongside senior team members
Help identify and engage target markets within assigned territories
Conduct basic market and territory research and share insights with the marketing team
Support brand awareness initiatives through customer-focused marketing and sales efforts
Maintain a client-first approach to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
Meet daily performance goals and contribute to overall campaign success
Demonstrate leadership potential while developing professionally in an entry-level role
Assist management with additional projects and event support as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven, team-oriented environment
Strong motivation with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, adaptable, and professional
Positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
Preferred
Associate degree or some college coursework preferred, but not required
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred
