Responsibilities

Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and automation maintenance tasks

Conduct inspections, adjustments, and repairs on production line equipment

Execute both planned and emergency maintenance tasks with precision and urgency

Evaluate and troubleshoot PLC programs and machine behavior

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and time invested

Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, LOTO, and safety procedures

Sanitize tools and work areas, using only food-grade lubricants

Communicate effectively with supervisors and production line leads regarding equipment status and non-conformances
