Geospatial Analyst Deployer - TS/SCI
Xcellent Technology Solutions (XTS) is seeking a Geospatial Analyst Deployer to support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) by delivering geospatial intelligence for U.S. military and government partners. The role involves creating maps, graphics, and analytical products, deploying regularly to support operational planning and situational awareness, and maintaining tradecraft readiness when not deployed.

Responsibilities
Use satellite imagery, terrain data, and other geospatial sources to create timely maps, graphics, and analytical products that directly support operational planning, targeting, and situational awareness
Deploy on regular CONUS and OCONUS rotations as an embedded member of supported units, answering real time intelligence requests, briefing leadership, and working alongside other intelligence disciplines to deliver clear, actionable insight to commanders
Continue to support NGA mission cells by maintaining tradecraft readiness and preparing data, tools, and workflows that enable rapid response for future missions
Remain fully prepared to operate effectively in fast paced, mission driven environments through pre-deployment training and close coordination with NGA Expeditionary Operations elements
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph exam upon hire
5+ years of experience performing geospatial analysis and delivering intelligence through maps, datasets, visualizations, and analytic products that support military or intelligence operations
Experience applying Activity Based Intelligence and Pattern of Life analysis to identify behaviors, detect change, and inform operational decision making
Experience supporting counterterrorism, counter narcotics, or counter threat finance missions
Proficiency with GEOINT tools and software (e.g., ArcGIS, RemoteView, SocetGXP, QT Modeler, IEC) and a strong foundation in GIS, digital cartography, imagery analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial production techniques
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) to automate workflows or enhance geospatial analysis
Experience conducting Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ), Slope, Line of Sight, or Viewshed analysis to support operational planning and mission execution
Willingness and ability to deploy from 2 to 6 months at a time in CONUS and OCONUS Combatant Command Areas of Responsibility (AORs)
Preferred
Prior deployment or extended OCONUS experience in a military or government intelligence environment
