The Mechanical Engineer will lead the local mechanical engineering team, oversee mechanical design projects, and collaborate with various internal disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the local mechanical Group, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Team Leader

Oversee mechanical design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to client specifications

Coordinate with internal disciplines—electrical, structural, and civil—for integrated project delivery

Develop and review project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Utilize Autodesk Revit and commercial HVAC design software (Trane/Carrier) for project execution

Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and project satisfaction

Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure project accuracy

Integrate supplier and contractor inputs into design and construction processes

Ensure quality control of construction documents and adherence to project timelines
