Required

High School Diploma/ GED
Experience in legal department/insurance company specializing in medical liability defense litigation
Previous experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Demonstrated proficiency in medical liability claims management, adjusting and evaluation of damages
Strong attention to details
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

3 years of experience in medical liability claims management, adjusting and evaluation
Paralegal certification; Certified Professional Claims Adjuster (CPCU)
