Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
Accurately document member interactions and maintain thorough records in our system
Work collaboratively with the Member Services team to ensure the highest level of support for our members
Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by members
Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented assistance to maintain high member satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide members with accurate and relevant information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer service software is a plus
Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
