HR Coordinator - Contractor
Allia Health, the organization behind Southend Pharmacy, is redefining healthcare solutions with a focus on accessibility and affordability. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, data entry, and compliance with HR regulations.

Responsibilities
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of required documentation
Perform timely and accurate HR data entry, including data and pay rate changes, in ADP Workforce Now
Prepare HR Memos
Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and or Business Administration, or 5 years of experience working in an HR Role in lieu of degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
Intermediate knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, BambooHR, Workday)
Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Experience with ADP SASS
