Management Consulting Group is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordinator to provide recruitment coordination and HR operational support. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining compliance across processes and regions.

Responsibilities

Schedule a high volume of interviews, coordinating availability with candidates and business stakeholders, arranging rooms or video conferences, and sending planners and confirmations
Produce employment contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, understanding and applying regional legal requirements and variances
Process internal transfers
Implement onboarding and other pre-hire checks, escalating issues when necessary
Use the applicant tracking system (Workday) to manage the business process, maintain accurate information, and update trackers
Serve as the point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all required actions are completed before start date
Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery supporting core HR processes; recommend and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Develop strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance, and other teams to manage issues/escalations, mitigate risk, and ensure seamless resolution
Advocate for and reinforce BlackRock's culture and principles, promoting the OneBlackRock mentality
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed

Required

Demonstrated attention to detail and operational excellence within HR
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills
Highly motivated, energizing, and able to inspire performance
Strong communication and influencing abilities with tailored messaging for different audiences
Education: BA/BS degree required

Preferred

Experience with Workday (ATS) is a plus
HR-related certifications/coursework preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
