Maintain cleanliness of the office and floor when necessary
Forward calls to appropriate departments
Track and update customer orders
Update the pricing manual or ERP system
Dispatch team members to various locations for project support

Qualification

Required

1 year of administrative experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience in flooring industry is a plus
