Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, thoughtful, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on campus and online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
Maintain current and accurate admissions systems, records, and follow-up processes

Required

Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related area
2+ years in a customer-facing role within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions

Strong attention to detail with experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing both remote responsibilities and in-person campus duties
Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
