Responsibilities
Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching and supporting reading competencies developed by Reading Specialists
Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach their weekly academic targets
Guiding emotional self-regulation, perseverance, and critical thinking through consistent routines and nurturing support
Monitoring student development and individual needs, identifying challenges proactively, and refining approaches in partnership with your team
Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individualized attention
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work full-time and on-site at our Miami, FL campus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
Strong storytelling ability and dynamic speaking presence: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
Capacity to uphold rigorous expectations for both yourself and students, and motivate children to achieve their objectives
Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
