The Talent Solution Specialist will be responsible for managing contractor worker hiring needs, overseeing onboarding processes, and maintaining an applicant database while promoting a family-centric culture.

Responsibilities
Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture
Responsible for reviewing and screening contractor workers submitted by agencies
Partner with hiring managers on their contract worker hiring needs
Communicate offers to agencies for selected contract workers
Ensure correct markup rates are submitted
Work closely with agencies to ensure they are meeting the role requirements
Oversee contract worker onboarding with the agencies and ensure all requirements are met
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with the hiring managers and agencies
Maintain accurate and current applicant database
Other Duties as assigned
The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies a plus
Experience in full-cycle recruiting
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Exceptional analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to add value both independently and as a team member
Demonstrate professionalism with ability to engage effectively to build rapport across all employee levels; management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors and others
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Use strong oral/written communication and organizational skills to consistently exceed internal and external customers' expectations
Disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, and thorough self-starter
Demonstrated skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities and motivating stakeholders
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial or a manufacturing environment preferred
