Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops for small student groups following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
Conduct 1:1 and small group coaching sessions designed to motivate children toward ambitious learning targets
Employ storytelling, vocal presence, and enthusiasm to capture student attention and guide mastery of sophisticated concepts
Leverage AI tools and individual student data to tailor incentives and sustain high engagement
Monitor student advancement, execute mastery assessments, and refine approaches based on outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years working with groups of children ages 4–8 (teaching, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable settings)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proven record of academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college admission, academic competitions)
Available to work on-site at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
