Responsibilities

Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards

Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and approaches to common obstacles

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that increases student engagement and outcomes

Personally coaching a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

Required

Currently located in or willing to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas

Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions

Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams

Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Strong capability in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
