Responsibilities

Plan and conduct virtual small-group and individual reading intervention sessions for students across grades 3–8

Analyze reading assessment data to pinpoint fluency and comprehension deficits and modify instruction rapidly

Adapt activities to accommodate multiple reading levels, including specialized support for dyslexia and similar reading challenges

Monitor progress through consistent, transparent methods and apply data insights to shape upcoming sessions

Facilitate structured motivation check-ins designed to strengthen confidence, resilience, and pride in development
