Responsibilities

Build modular, scalable design frameworks for spatial planning, FF&E, finishes, and play environments that adapt across varied campus contexts
Execute on-site evaluations with standardized assessment tools to measure adherence to brand guidelines and identify high-value enhancements
Produce detailed, visually clear, budget-conscious proposals for facility improvements that align with educational philosophy, brand identity, and family engagement
Manage vendor performance on-site, guaranteeing alignment with standards, financial parameters, and schedules through direct quality oversight
Capture post-implementation learnings by recording outcomes, lessons, and revisions to operational guides

Required

5+ years designing and implementing multi-location environments in education, retail, hospitality, or co-working sectors

Hands-on management of vendor execution, including installation quality control and schedule adherence
Excellent documentation practices and communication proficiency with cross-functional, non-design teams
Available and prepared to travel regularly, 50-75% of the time, throughout the United States
U.S.-based and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background designing premium spaces with rigorous quality expectations, such as boutique hotels, high-end retail, or bespoke residential projects
Proficiency with spatial design platforms like AutoCAD, Revit, Figma, or comparable documentation software
An intuitive ability to identify what elevates a space, even within constrained budgets
