Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Manage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of journal entries
Develop and maintain financial models and advanced Excel analyses
Support tax, compliance, and audit preparation
Collaborate with leadership and clients to provide strategic accounting insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience with real estate accounting is a plus
