Crossover is building an AI-powered reading program to transform literacy education. The Literacy Coach will lead adaptive reading workshops, create individualized experiences for students, and partner with technical teams to enhance literacy technology.

Responsibilities

Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading

Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate practical recommendations

Partnering with technical staff to test and refine AI-based literacy platforms

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar)

Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions for early elementary learners

Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and develop differentiated lessons independent of published curricula

Experience using AI or adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns

U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship
