Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support the Host Team to deliver world-class hospitality
Extend a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
Manage and oversee reservations across multiple platforms (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.)
Collaborate with the management team to optimize floor flow and table turnover
Communicate effectively between departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met
Handle VIP, walk-in, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times
Champion health and safety protocols
Support service setup and special events as needed
Foster a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Flexibility and full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and bend as needed
Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 15 lbs

Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of host or reception experience in an upscale hospitality environment
Previous leadership or training experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with technology and reservation platforms
Naturally friendly, organized, and composed under pressure
Self-motivated with a passion for hospitality and professional growth
