Responsibilities

Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions

Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress across learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader staff

Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students while demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques to observing staff

Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved

Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions
