Responsibilities

Establish Houston's flagship Alpha campus: Execute Alpha's three core promises for 100 plus students immediately, ensuring operational excellence in every dimension

Facilitate live workshops for K through 12 students on critical life skills: Conduct compelling one-hour sessions covering public speaking, growth mindset, and feedback dynamics. Apply Alpha's proven playbook to help students master competencies that traditional schools overlook, all while keeping the experience engaging

Drive every student toward 100 percent goal achievement: Develop personalized motivational frameworks for each individual. Apply data-informed strategies to break through barriers and maintain student engagement with the Alpha platform. Success is defined by every student meeting their objectives

Develop Guides through targeted coaching: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint performance shortfalls. Provide direct, actionable guidance in coaching meetings and monitor progress. Maintain team accountability through logic and objectivity, not empathy that weakens standards

Lead campus operations using data-driven analysis: Evaluate performance across team members, operational systems, parent engagement, and campus culture. Identify issues, execute root cause investigations, engage relevant stakeholders, and implement quantifiable improvements. Document all decisions and modify approaches based on outcomes

Uphold excellence without exception: Define and sustain Alpha's quality expectations for both students and staff. Execute difficult decisions when performance is inadequate. Model the standard of excellence for your entire campus
